I called to ask one simple question about renting a 16 foot moving truck and the owner acted like it was too much to handle. She sounded very inexperienced and unprofessional. This business is a waste of space.

I use the dump station that they have available to drain my RV tanks which they have available after hours for people like me work nights or come in late from camping. It is only $10.00 to dump which is more than reasonable and it is by honor system where you drop the fee in the key return slot for late returning rentals which you honestly don't see very much these days..!  Thank you for the courtesy Budget Rancho Cucamonga!! Very Much Appreciated!! 5 stars totally!! I also had a friend who recently rented a vehicle from them and had no problems with her experience and would recommended them and will use them again when she needs a rental again ...

WOW, never again my $89 dollar bill went to $225 and my tank was full when I returned it! Don't do it it a secret cost mega scam!

Made reservation online gave credit card info. Called nearest Budget and was informed no truck available called and sent notice of cancellation and they still charged me$50 for canceling. I'm fighting this

I give them 2 stars for good and fast service. This place is clean and profesional but I should warn you, MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE TRUCK EVEN IF THEY SAY IS NOT NEEDED. I cannot stress this enough, they will rent you the truck and will not do initial inspection; when you come back, whatever was damaged on the truck already will be pinned on you, simply when they hand you the paperwork, ask them to to a walk around of the truck and note all existing damage, they will literally tell you is a brand new truck and has nothing on it. Also, make sure you ask for all charges before signing anything, they rank up the bill so much! I gotta say it was a kick in the nuts that the lady didn't tell us that adding a driver costs $13 per driver. My friend reserved and I drove, I could have been the sole driver and save $12.99 plus tax. You know that when you are moving, every dollar counts and thats near 5 gallons of gas.
