Actually I am reviewing this specific location because of their practice of regularly parking their cars  (returns or pick up) in the handicapped parking dpaces. When confronted they show no remorse and do not move the cars in a timely fashion.  

Essentially they are breaking the law daily. Bad business practices. I will not use Hertz ever because of this.

I wish I could rate 0. The customer service is the worst I’ve received. The Frontdesk guys are very rude and always push hard to sell you various insurance and gas service. The big guy in Frontdesk was even playing his cellphone and unwilling to greet us. We waited for 10+ minutes and had to interrupt him. He told us he was busy texting.....I don’t know why they have this business. Never come back and you should never go.

Brake service wonderful Staffing clean inside they offer fresh coffee tea water candy kid friendly very helpful got a great car

The staff were knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions and provide me with support. After dropping off my rental for return and returning to my apartment I realized that m,y wallet had fallen out of my pocket outside the Hertz. I immediately called the Hertz and their staff were incredibly helpful, going as far as searching the surrounding area until they located my missing wallet.

I was very skeptical of this place as I heard / saw a lot of negative reviews about this place on the net and also saw reviews stating that the staff is rude. When i went there, i was greeted by the staff warmly and nicely and i was pleasantly surprised. I believe Don / Dom (?) and Ash (?) where at the counter. They where both kind, and also made my rental experience extremely smooth and nice. 
I would recommend this rental service to everyone!
