I found a good rate for a rental car on line from this location. I got a sedan upgrade from the size I rented. Their check out process was quick and though. They noted all the scrapes, dings, and scratches on their form as we did a walk around prior to turning it over to me. The return process was just as quick and easy, a check of the mileage, gas gauge and any new dings (none) were made. They verified what I would be billed, matching what I signed up for. All good😉

I was checking every thing done with Hertz's customers  service & they told me just come to any Hertz's agency pickup a car, but when I came to this place Hertz agency, 2487 Alum Rock Ave the old lady who work here said they just do the regular rental is like pay by customers only.

I've been here twice and so far both times took about 15 minutes. First time was a red Fiat and second time was a baby blue Nissan. Cute cars, but were not 100% clean -- there was a shopping bag in the car and some marks here and there, no big deal. The ladies at the front desk were nice and easy going.
