This place is awesome to rent car. I booked nissan altima or similar car, they didnt had nissan altima so they offered me jeep compass. Car was awesome, new and clean with just 8700 miles on it. I drove it for a week. When i went to return it, it was smooth returning it back. Also they offered me ride back to home rather than me taking uber back home. Thats great customer service. Loved renting car from them. Highly recommended.

We rent alot from Enterprise rent a car. Love that they pick us up to get the car and take us home when we take back the car. Lately there has been some confusion. A little frustrated but hope to straighten out soon. More confusion. Don't know why. After numerous phone calls promised to be called back didn't happen. From 2 locations spoke to several employees from tha Manager, Asst. Manager, and  others.  We waited one and a half hour to be picked up from time set. Then no car available. Transferd to another location. Given a car in most situations a upgrade but not ours. On top of everything was billed incorectly. Tried to correct on Saturday. Again was promised to be called back after put on hold for 15 minutes. Was not called back.
Never received a call from enterprise.

WOW - Greeted with a handshake at the door, by Angel and introduced to Joun Binyomin, the entire process from start to finish was a pleasure.  The car we wanted became ours for a day, it was comfortable, and all of my neighbors thought I bought a new car!  We highly recommend this location and it will be our first choice, everytime.  Joun had the most notable and amazing service persona, ever...thank you!

I have been renting from this location for a few years now.  Under previous management it seemed to have better service.  While I realize that there are busy times and slow times my main gripe has to do with them NOT having the car I've reserved at pick up time.  I wouldn't be writing this review if this only happened once.  What's worse is that I call in advance of arriving for pick up to make sure that a car will be available.  Doesn't seem to help.  If you need to be somewhere at a certain time and are going to pick up a car from here, don't count on arriving at your destination on time.
***UPDATE***
The manager Nolan made things right for me today.  I appreciate his efforts.  I'll still be very cautious with time when picking up my car in the future until I see a difference.
