My experiences with Enterprise has always been the best!!  Not only do they treat you with courtesy and respect but always have smiles on their faces.  It's a real pleasure to deal with them,  and my favourite location is the Ahwatukee on Chandler.  Thanks to them my weekends start off wonderful :)

The overall service at this branch is superb. I am a Platinum customer and have rented at many locations, the staff here is always pleasant, very helpful from the beginning of the rental process til the return. Always a great experience! Keep up the great job!

Loved the Nissan pick-up, great service to get picked up and dropped off, the service provided was very professional.  The young men providing the service (Shirveen, Patrick and one whose name I can't remember) were well dressed, helpful, friendly and mannerly.  Enterprise is my go-to car rental from now on due to the type of service by these men.

This was my  first time renting a car; the service was great!... not like I expected. The people who work are funny and very nice.  I was in and out. Very quick.

I've rented 2 vans, and compact car from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car Ahwatukee/Phoenix location 3 times in the last 30 days, and have received excellent customer service every time.  The rental agent Robert exemplifies the true meaning of professional customer service, and made me feel like a highly valued customer all 3 times I rented.  The morning I returned my last rental on 11/15/17, the manager showed his sincere appreciation for the clean condition in which the vehicle was returned back to them in  His genuine gesture was greatly appreciated!  The staff at this location does a great job, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering a rental car agency that provides the highest standard of customer care!  Thank you!--Jon
