The worst customer service EVER. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never go here again. My husband and I were humiliated when told to take our business elsewhere. You would think that since the driver who hit me was insured by enterprise given the fact he was in a rental from enterprise I would've been taken care of but that wasn't the case. All the employees here perhaps need to have a refresher course on what customer service is and the manager should be demoted. Very unprofessional and very rude. I clearly want to give you zero stars but that's not an option. Shame on you and your lack of professionalism.

I went into this branch on 9/1/17 expecting the usual confusion and rude attitude, and then I was attended to by Adam. He was cordial, professional, considerate and effective. Adam was the most experienced and efficient staff that I have encounter at this branch and I get vehicles from there often. He was so good that he got everything processed in a few minutes without misunderstanding. He helped set us off on our trip on a very positive note. Thank you enterprise, and a big thank you to Adam.

Good service. Rates were competitive. It's a storefront location so they have a limited amount of cars and you'll probably wait a bit.
I'll come back.

I have been renting from this location for the past 10 years. There has been some major changes for the best the new manager Bryant is very professional along with his staff. I rented three different times within the past 3 months all three times or excellent and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this location and Rancho Cucamonga. They have an excellent selection of cars and are willing to help you suit your needs. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service.  After a terrible car accident I was really picky about the car I rented and they bent over backwards to  make me feel safe and comfortable.  Whenever I called in they right away knew who I was and were so personable.
