We"re grateful for Hertz and especially Willis for making our auto repair incident so easy. I was picked up at the body shop (when a Hertz driver wasn't in the vicinity they sent a Lift driver), and Hertz looked for a car that would provide the quick air conditioning that I needed.  I felt that Willis looked out for me and both my husband and I were impressed.  Thanks Hertz!!!

Poor customer service, there is always a way around problems, sometimes it just takes a little bit more effort to make the customer happy, the gentleman at the desk took all of 2 mins to try and solve my problem. It was one of those im "looking" at my computer and talking really slow to make it seem like im working. The customer service is one of the worst ive seen and would not recommend this location or company to anyone.

Insurance company had me running between hertz locations trying to return and rent different car. Hertz employees saved me hours and difficulty by finding creative solution to keep me in original car. A++ service, great employees.

They picked me up quickly from the body shop and put me in a comfortable car. The car wasn't clean and I couldn't wait so they gave me a free car wash voucher. I will rent here again, super convenient.
