Most affordable rates + excellent customer service (thanks Aileen). I'll be a repeat customer. Way better option than Uber or Lyft.

Rented the car for a high school reunion and then visited my daughter.  She viewed the photos and then placed the camera in the driver's seat pocket in the back. I forgot about it and when I called, they said the car was already rented, but would check with the new renter. I didn't get a call back in a couple of days so called again. They said the car would be returned in a day so I called.  The rental had been extended so they said they would call the renter again. Nothing.  I finally called again and said that the car was returned two weeks ago and they didn't find anything. Turns out, that the car was returned to a different location and that's why they didn't find anything in THEIR lost and found. They hadn't contacted the other location until I called and complained.  I've rented from Enterprise may times and probably about over 90 days worth.  No more.

The communication with the staff is really bad.  They charge ridiculous money for no reason.  Stay away from them.

Very nice staff and they help in getting you nice deals with upgrades or existing reservations. Has a very good collection of cars with low miles or new cars. My recent experiences are very awesome. Happy renting here.

This is my go to car rental shop. I have been renting from here since 2014. They generally have a decent collection of cars. People working here are friendly and helpful.
