Found mold in the box with my food. Tried to return it and was told I couldn’t because of covid-19. I said why not no one is going to eat it, I was then told no manager was there and to call later. I was also told that is not mold, you tell me. Update I got in touch with the manager, she stated they have not had Mexican pizza in weeks and does not know how I ordered this. She gave me my money back and took the pizzas once I showed receipt.
Cheese sauce was lumpy. Steak quesadilla was nasty, burnt, and had little to no filling. Gross
This location is a joke. I went through the drive through last night at 8 pm, and the first thing they tell me is that they don't have the grill on so no grilled food. Okay, fine. So I go on to order non grilled items, and the man rudely cuts me off saying that it will be awhile because they have 6 door dash orders and I should come back in an hour. Seriously? So I leave and on the way out an employee is walking around the building smoking a joint. For some reason I decided to try again tonight after work... at 8pm again, and they wouldn't even answer at the intercom. Drove to the window and a man looked at me and walked away. What is going on here?!!! I will not be trying a 3rd time. This establishment either does not care about making money or has some other really shady business going on.
Barely greeted at speaker on arrival. The male on speaker mumbled and disappeared for 5 minutes pulled to window sat for 15 minutes no greeting nothing window opened food and drinks thrown at us window slammed. Glad we ordered online. Also know why I stopped going to this location. Won't be back pretty sad I would rather drive 15 minutes away from my local location for better service.
Worst experience ever. Rated below F- . They should be ashamed . From bad service to poor quality food this was not a place I would want to go to again ever! I mean how do you run out of cheese on a Saturday midday? I you don't understand the order put someone on that can. So frustrating, how do you serve cinnamon twist without the cinnamon
Don’t spend money here. Like others have mentioned, this particular TB is consistently messed up. This is the quesadilla I just got:
I am convinced this location is just used to launder money or something because from the reviews and my own experience it’s clear the owner of this location has no actual desire to run a fast food chain. It’s wild. Do not use the mobile order app for this location. Or DoorDash. Your order will 100 percent not be correct. The employees are unable to decipher the order and will do everything the wrong way to flex their temporary power over you. Purposely incompetent. It would be much quicker to just make the food correctly. I cannot express to you how much you do not want to visit this location. Go to any other Taco Bell on the planet before this one.
The food is fine, if they actually let you get it. Ordered from this location several times. Sometimes there is nobody inside at all in spite of the website letting you order and saying it's open. The staff also once refused to make my food claiming to be out of the most basic items. Probably wouldn't bother with coming here anymore.Food: 3/5
Had a door dash order to pick up at 11:00pm got to speaker and only greeted with"if you're doing doing door dash it's cancelled we don't have enough workers" Need to get it together. My first cancel I've got four kids and do this as a second job, I don't need my extra earnings put in jeopardy because the workers are frustrated by peak business times. Add extra staff, or rehire/train staff that do well under pressure.
Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Large sign in the window saying the dining room was open but all the doors are locked. Go through the drive thru with the line backed up to the street. Get to the window and they say they can't give me my order because they're out of bags. I told them I'd just take the food without a bag then. They said they weren't able to do that and said I have to cancel my order. This is the worst Taco Bell location I've ever seen. Some of the laziest people I've ever seen in my life! I just wanted to get dinner for my family.
