Great and excellent cars! Well maintained and taken care of. The owner Jim is a great guy. Is not a very pushy salesman and was very helpful in my expierence!! I recommend this place to anyone!

This company is full of BS. I bought a car from this place back in Feb of this year. Paid well enough for the car to last at least 2yrs, not even 2 weeks later it overheats. Call this guy he was totally disrespectful said it was SOLD AS IS. I know a little bit about cars so I took out the thermostat and found literally a little rubber red cap trapped between the thermostat. I even took pictures of it hands dirty and all just to show him. He didn't want to hear it eventually the car has blown a head gasket because of overheating. Guess what that means? A whole new motor for a car I spent $5k just to purchase.  This place is by far the worse place to buy a car. You have a better chance on Craigslist honestly.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give this scam establishment 0 stars, so I have to settle for one  much undeserved star which is giving this dump more credit than it has coming. In my opinion, the owner should be fined for his fraudulent practices. 

I was taken advantage of by the establishment. I am a senior citizen and cannot possibly afford the cost of repairing my piece of junk car that I purchased here. I informed the owner of my problem and he used profane language and told me to 'suck it up' and to 'never call again' . This was the worst car buying experience I ever had. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

 It is sad and laughable that the owner claims he receives "50%" of his business from referrals. That is a sad number and speaks volumes about the crap shack that he runs in Butler.  He does not stand behind his cars, he abuses seniors such as myself, and he is not an ethical business person. I have filed my complaint with the BBB and will be pursuing action in the courts against this charlatan. I wish I had read the reviews of others before wasting time at this lot. At least, my hope is that somebody will be forewarned enough to avoid being ripped off here. Hopefully, some good will come from my horrible experience at Butler Auto Werks.

Learn from my bad mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PISS- POOR EXCUSE FOR A CAR LOT!!!!

Purchased a used car from them has been great going on year 2 no major problems ..... Shortly after purchase the car the driver's window quit called them up and they gave me a great deal on fixing it .... They say you can truly judge a business by how they handle a problem and I am More than pleased.....Thanks Jim

I had a similar awful experience with this establishment. I am surprised he has any customers at all. He lies and lies and lies about the cars, his business, etc. etc.  The owner is a joke and his BS apology post on the review section is meaningless to the many people that have been ripped off by him including me. If the owner was really sorry he would comp these people for the cost of their repairs. Otherwise, his apologies are like his vehicles - meaningless and without value.  How would he feel if somebody ripped off his kid or his wife? He is causing many people hardships that they do not deserve because he assured them that the cars were good to drive when in fact they were not. He should go into politics. Lying is natural for him.
