Can't even get a simple reciept from Russ Darrow even after showing a bank statement verifying the fact they took the payment! They messed up on my paperwork for my car TWICE! I have been dealing with them for three very long months to the point I had to file a complaint with the BBB.

4 days ago, I took my girlfriends (2001 honda civic lx) car to russ darrow nissan dealership to get fixed. After spending $1,200 on parts and services, the problem is still there.

My Husband and I resolved to purchase an auto with better gas mileage. After shopping around at several other car dealers and online at several van shops, we found several automobiles here that we were interested in looking at. The rates were right, the option was good. After coming to look at the automobiles, we test drove one and enjoyed it. The sales professional was most helpful and friendly. They approached us easily and was easy to talk to, really knowledgeable and trusted. This was the most content adventure we have had while trying to acquire a motorcar.
