This was out first purchase through CarMax. It was really nice to have a no-haggle price. The staff were all very cordial and helpful. We had our mechanic checkout  the vehicle and brought it back to the CarMax service department to take a look at a few error codes that our mechanic found. We had a nice loaner for a day and the car checked out just fine by the service department.

Years ago we sold a card thru CarMax so when we decided to purchase a used car we went back to them.  The service was great. The day we purchased the car service was much quicker than at a regular car dealership.  They have much more efficient practices in place to make the purchase of a car easier and definitely less time consuming.

We picked out two cars we liked on line and they brought both of them to the store near us.  We selected one and everything went fine!

They almost charged me an additional 3,500 dollars because the business center did not subtract the GAP insurance and extended warranty from my appraisal. If I had not triple checked my paperwork I would have been paying and extra $3,500 toward my car price. They also put the wrong car on my registration card so I was forced to drive to work with an invalid registration card for two days until they mailed me a new one. BE SURE TO CHECK YOU PAPERWORK VERY CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

First time Financing a vehicle and Dominique made it a very easy process. I found the car that I wanted told her what my budget was. She told me what price range to say in however I had already found the car I wanted. Then she ran my information to see who I would be approved for. Never mislead me about what would happen next. CLEARLY explained everything to me step by step.  

I absolutely love my car!!!!!
