I purchased my first car from here and have been a returning customer ever since! (7 years) As a young girl looking for automotive help, they were always very kind and never took advantage of me. The prices are always reasonable and the service is excellent. Everyone is always extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to find me a matching hubcap when one of mine got bent. Most recently, when I needed a new tpms sensor they gave me the old/broken one and showed me how it works! Overall a great place to take your beloved car for service or to purchase a used vehicle!

No experience with buying a car here but had two vehicles serviced with them seeing I live right in Butler... Never had an appointment  set and they still got my cars in and fixed pretty fast and prices were great.

We worked with the owner, Dan (son of Don, original owner).  Dan was very pleasant, not pushy at all, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and walked us slowly and thoroughly through the sales paperwork.  The 2009 Corolla that we bought was in good shape and was offered at a fair price and included work Dan's crew put into it (new tires, transmission fluid change, new battery, etc.).  After 6 months the car is running great and we really like it.  The only thing we've done with it is new rotors and pads on the front brakes, which we figured we'd have to do within the first year according to the measurements of the brake wear that Dan shared with us.  I would definitely like to do business with Dan and Don's Tire & Auto again.

Love this place and the people! I've been working for this establishment for over 2
Years now and i am honest to say I take pride in the work that we do. We do our best to take care of people . With reasonable advice and by not overcharging our customers. The cars that we sell exceed any cars I've seen at any other used car lot. Both mechanically and cosmeticly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as myself and my family have been getting work/buying cars here for years. A++

Called 10 min ahead to get a tire plugged because I had just got a screw lodged in it. They fit me in and even removed additional pieces from my tire. In and out in
