An excellent experience buying a new corolla. Roger was very flexible with his time and extremely patient with helping me make the right decision on my vehicle purchase.  Bill made sure the deal i got was very satisfactory. My overall experience with the sales dept was fantastic. I look forward to seeing how well the service dept does in comparison to the sales dept. I highly recommend Heiser Toyota as a great place to get a great deal on a great vehicle.

The fastest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had!  Becky Herpel, the finance team, new and used car teams were excellent!  Superior to any interaction at a car dealer that I've had. They ALL provided detailed information for us so we could make the best decision for our family and budget.  I will go back for my next car.  They went the extra mile for us with this purchase. Thanks guys! Appreciate all you do!

My wife and I went to Heiser Toyota to check out the new 4Runners.  We were looking for a replacement for her 2004 4Runner which had 219,000 miles on it.  The old 4Runner had been dependable and still ran great but we felt it was time to trade up.  

We met Andy at the dealership and he were immediately impressed by his friendliness.  He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and down to earth.  He was completely honest and forthright in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had.  Andy went above and beyond in ensuring our vehicle was in the best condition possible when we picked it up.  All-in-all it was a pleasure dealing with him.  I would highly recommendation looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Andy when they go to Heiser.

The only reason I did not give my review 4 stars is because my wife and I were a bit annoyed at the finance department.  We had an appointment set for 11:30 AM the morning we picked the vehicle up.  We did not met with Vicky, the finance person, until after noon and the whole process took way too long.  We didn't get out of there until almost 1:30 PM.  We also did not care for the "up sell" on the purchase of the extended vehicle maintenance program.  Our finance person, although friendly,  slowed the process down by leaving us in the room alone several times to go check on various aspects of our purchase.  We're not stupid, and know this is a sales ploy.  The another sales manager, Shahat came in to make the "up sell" on the vehicle maintenance program. I would recommend Heiser talk with their finance group and not keep people waiting ...

I literally contacted every Toyota dealership in the Metro Milwaukee area.  Heiser gave me the lowest price and Becky gave me the best service!  From my first contacts on the internet to final signature it was a smooth process.  They were willing to work with us and I didn't leave with any questions or remorse! I had been in a Honda for the past 9 years and look forward to my Toyota experience!

I continue returning to Heiser Toyota for the great Toyota selection and quality of automobile products but what really makes me want  to return is the excellent customer service experience my wife and I enjoy with the dealership and with sales person James Hicks.  James remembered the details of our family and our auto needs.  We exchange friendly details about our families since our last visit to the dealership and other life changes.  This exchange with James is what solidifies our loyalty and trust for returning to the dealership.  James made sure we were satisfied with our new leased vehicle and continually reassured us he was personally available if we had any questions or service needs.
