I purchased another new vehicle from Russ Darrow Nissan this weekend. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever received while purchasing a new car!! I have to give a HUGE Kudos to Rob the new GM, who was just Fantastic to work with!! He kept me informed of my options, didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't want or need, and did so with a smile on his face the whole time. This is what the car buying experience should be about - meeting/exceeding customer expectations! Way to go Johnny and Rob for making me a happy customer again!! Looking forward to working with you again in the future :)

I recently bought a car at Russ Darrow Nissan.  My salesperson was the coolest, nicest guy ever, Ralph Price!  He made us feel welcome and took the time to help me find the best car for my tastes and price range.  It was a great experience!  I would recommend this dealership and especially Ralph.  He has really great taste in music, too!

Great experience. We’ve owned Ford vehicles forever and decided to give Nissan a shot. The dealership was friendly, direct, and found our needs in the vehicle that we chose. We went with the Rogue and it fits our lifestyle perfectly. The salesman was not pushy and worked with us to get the best possible deal with our budget. They also picked up some payments on our previously leased vehicle which was awesome. Nice vehicle, really solid dealership. Thanks again!

I've been getting my car serviced at Russ Darrow for months now and it's always a good experience.  The customer service representatives are pleasant and thorough when reviewing the service provided.

I had the pleasure to work with one customer service Rep named Taylor today, she was even more pleasant in her interactions with me and other customers, which left a good and lasting impression on the service offered at Russ Darrow.  I hope they keep her and encourage her to continue to provide top quality service because she is could turn out to be valuable asset.

Good job Taylor!

One though,  I had two service lights on my dashboard that I wanted them to take a look at while they serviced, but I forgot to mention it.  It would've been nice if they pointed that out to me afterwards so that I wouldn't have driven off with them on again.

Oh well, next time!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee. I received the best customer service of all car buying experiences! The salesmen and managers were extremely professional and exceptionally savvy! I will never do business elsewhere! Thank you Russ Darrow for the memorable experience! You by far, exceeded my expectations!!
