Best place ever to buy a vehicle! Customer service oriented. Willing to answer any and every silly question. Walk you through the process, and help you along the way. Affordable, reliable vehicles. Easy down payments. Everything upfront, no hidden costs or agenda. Why did we ever buy from anywhere else?!?!? We will be back again!!

Came in with a challenging credit situation from life events that had occurred at the same time .  Needed a replacement vehicle fast and no one would help me without a very large down payment and high monthly.  First called and spoke with Luvi, she sat on the phone with me and listened to my situation and what I wanted.  She explained the process thoroughly and invited me to come in to take a look at the vehicle.  Came in 2 weeks later, sat down with her and she went step by step in the process with me.  Went on a test drive, vehicle was very smooth, very well kept with good miles.  Met with Tom, cool guy, down to earth, asked me general application questions.  Next thing I know, I was ready to sign for my new vehicle.  The process was smooth and easy.  Best part, it was the vehicle I wanted and qualified for.  My kids and I are so thankful for giving me a chance to repair my credit when everyone else said, "No".  Down payment and monthly payments are affordable.  Definitely coming back when the time is right.  Thank you Luvi and Tom for all your help.  The Murano is just perfect.

The place was very clean and all the staff was nice and friendly. I came here because my aunt told me about Northside Auto. My experience has been a good one. Will definitely buy my next vehicle from here. Thanks for everything Luvi☺.

Great service and excellent experience!  They will work with you and help set affordable payments!   We have gotten 2 vehicles from them and are very happy!

I've been seeing Northside commercials since I was a kid!!! I am very VERY satisfied with the service, car selection and affordability. I was in and out of there in an hour with a new (used) car. I love my car!!! Everyone was super helpful!! Luvi helped my husband get a car a few years back and now she helped me!! I am more than satisfied!!! Great Job Northside!!!
