We had a wonderful car buying experience with Honda of Chantilly. Justin Sproles is the man! I highly recommend him - friendly,  straight shooter,  no pressure, and he made the process so easy. He was also very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and helped set us up with all of the fancy technology features. We absolutely love our Honda Pilot. It’s the perfect car for our growing family. We’ll definitely be back for future car purchases!

Just leased a vehicle here. Sierra was great to work and most of the details could be worked out in advance over email. The finance department was, well, the finance department - but you're going to get that no matter what dealership you work with. As long as you know your numbers and how leases are calculated your can ultimately get a reasonable and very competitive deal at this dealership. All in all a good experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

My experience at Honda of Chantilly couldn’t have been any better! The entire place is well-kept and they have a very wide selection. I ended up buying a used 2006 Honda Accord based on the recommendation of the General Manager, Jamal and was sold the car by Mariah. They both picked out the perfect car to fit my exact needs. I absolutely love this car! They even allowed me to trade in my older car for a newer one, and I couldn’t possibly be more pleased with the end results! Thank you all so much!

I had my Civic serviced  at Honda of Chantilly a few times and my expectations were always met. I especially trust Joseph. But not last time when my Service Advisor was Jules C. (Joseph wasn't on duty at the end of December 2017).
In a nutshell: I was satisfied with the technical part of the service, 5 stars. However,  I believe Mr Jules C. wasn't transparent  with me on pricing.  I have agreed to the specific prices and services. However, my bill was significantly higher. Hence, Service Advisor part, 1 star.

I don't think that Honda of Chantilly is working hard to keep their repeat and loyal customers. (I've been Honda owner and customer for 14 years). 
I'm going to take corrective action. I know I have options where to service my car. It's a shame that Honda of Chantilly Client Relationship manager Ms. Skky didn't even offer counseling to their employee, at a minimum.

Excellent place to buy or bring your car. I bought my 2016 Accord here, and bring it back for all of its services. The dealership is clean, and has plenty of waiting room, coffee and massage chairs. I talk to Al when I bring my car in, but all the writers seem friendly and professional.  I just had my car in yesterday for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection.  Service was great!
