I had a great experience with this dealership. I was able to see the car I was interested in right away, and Niko was very helpful in going over the history and features of the car. I really appreciated how easy and transparent the whole process was, not to mention the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend seeking out this dealership for a gently used like-new car.

Never buy a vehicle here, ever. I am from MD and found the car online, I drove the whole way to VA to buy this vehicle. When we were at the dealership everything was smooth and they said all the right things. I asked them if they would cover 50/50 for MD inspection incase something didn't pass, Pedro said yes. I bought the car and brought it home. I wasn't even home yet and the check engine light was on! I called Pedro and let him know, I then again asked about the 50/50 and he assured me this was there policy. I took it to my mechanic, surprise it didn't pass inspection, they then replaced the muffler and oxygen sensor. I called the dealership back and told them what my mechanic fixed.. And to my surprise he said they would not cover 50/50 that I had to bring it back to VA to their mechanic to do the work. NOBODY ever told me this, ever. So I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks waiting to actually get this problem solved. But they avoid the situation and the manager doesn't have balls to take care of the situation. Don't waste your time, they got there money and I am out of money.

I love everything about my experience at Certified Car Center. Mr. Amin and his staff made sure I was satisfied and that I got what I wanted. They're awesome the best car buying experience I ever had hands down!!!!!! Go visit them folks!!!!!!

Ask for Niko!!! He gave me a fair price and was upfront about the costs.  No hidden costs/fees.  Very easy to work with!
