Incredible experience. I kept wondering when the catch would come. There was no catch. The whole team was first class from beginning to end. No pressure. Complete dedication to me and what I wanted. It's the way buying anything should be.

Thoroughly impressed. This was our first time buying a car from a dealer and we did not expect it to go as well as it did. The 5 star rating is specifically for our dealer, Ali. He knows what he's doing and provides excellent customer service! UPDATE: I took 2 stars off my original rating of 5 stars because we are still waiting for our out of state registration to be processed. Although our experience at the dealership went smoothly (thanks again Ali), things changed once we got home and realized some of the paperwork was incorrectly processed. Luckily I caught the mistakes before the dealership mailed anything out to the DMV.

Very easy buying experience. Super friendly Salesman. The finance process was very easy. We got a great rate. We basically had everything decided through the website before we even showed up so we only had to go to the dealership once. We are very happy with our vehicle and the whole experience.

Craig Dewey was exceptional. He had my vehicle transferred from the Laurel location, while I waited for my vehicle to arrive his managers, Bik & Tony completed my paperwork with me and answered all of my questions about my financing and payments. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a vehicle. There indoor showroom provides a unique shopping experience that you won't find everywhere. Thanks again!

Shafik and Tony were very proficient and fast, no time waisted came in and out with my first electric car! BMW I3 and I’m very excited to say, pressure free and easy process with these guys! Couldn’t have been any more perfect! Thank you
