I just bought my fifth Nissan from this dealership. What can I say, when they treat you right there is no need to go elsewhere. Unfortunately because of distance, I will probably only be back for the major services at this location, but Jon in the service department has always been great to work with. I look forward to doing minor services at closer Sheehy dealerships. I hope they're as good as this one. There have been so many people I've interacted with over the years at the Manassas location that it is too many to call out, but I've never had a bad experience here. I never felt pressured to buy, and they were always realistic with what was possible financially. I'm a loyal customer because they treat me like it.

We have been loyal customers to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas since 2013 and have traded, sold and bought cars from. Mati was our sales rep and he’s done an excellent job from going through the whole process. They all have been very accommodating and offers good service to their customers. If problems arise, they find a way to solve right away and would assure that they are on top of it. We would definitely stay loyal to this company since they have been very welcoming to the people and service is top notch. Kudos to the whole team!

!!!Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! I used to sell cars, and this dealership is super unprofessional and they use very deceitful tricks to make you buy a vehicle. Avoid the used sales manager Mike at all costs. We came in and spent four hours at the dealership. At that point it was about 8:30pm when we were told that we weren't going to be able to finish the sale tonight and would have to come back the next day to finish . Aka the managers don't care about you and want to go home. I asked Mike what was going on and he said I could come back the next day to get the car. I informed him I don't do business on Sundays (for religious reasons) and he couldn't even look up from his computer to tell me "either buy the car or don't, I don't care". That was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I am so disappointed. I still want to buy the car, and I'll give them a chance to make this right and I'll rewrite my review. Update. I came back in on Sunday because I was told if I came in we would make it happen. Came in and the manager Mike said we would have to come in Monday for anything to happen. At that point he told us that the people the night before that were helping us (him included somehow) lied to us and that we weren't going to be able to get it to our goal price. Even though it was only a few dollars off. Long story short, they didn't want the sale. The new car manager and the used car manager both were very rude and told me to go to another dealership. So I happily did.

My experience here was amazing. From the minute that I walked in, Omar our awesome salesman greeted us with a warm smile! He was very professional and wasn't applying any sales pressure. We are satisfied with the service of Sheehy Nissan of Manassas all thanks to Omar!

Great service every time I have been to the dealership. Vince Santa Ana went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. I’ve sent family members to Vince and he has help them get into vehicles also. Great Great Great!
