I purchased a vehicle from here about a month and a half ago. I found the car online and called in to come in to take a look. I was connected with Moe and he was able to answer some initial questions, so I decided to drive up for a test drive. Moe had the car waiting for me when I got there. Test drove the car and everything was great, so I moved forward with the purchase. Moe was able to answer all of my questions and provided a great experience during the entire process. I took around an hour from the time I arrived to the time I left with my newly purchased vehicle. I was very impressed with how quick they were, but they also make you feel confident throughout the purchasing process. 

I had a minor issue with the alignment recently. This is something to be expected with used vehicles and I don't place any blame on the dealership. I decided to call them up to see if they would be able to help in any way because I had purchased the car recently. I spoke with the management team and they were more than willing to help. They told me to get an alignment and bring them the invoice, so they could reimburse me. 

My entire experience was positive. They do a great job of making sure you are comfortable during the buying process and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of after you purchase your vehicle. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

I like the sales guys in this place. They are helpful and polite. I am very nervous about buying a car with a branded / Lemon title. If you think about it, the manufacturer would have fixed the issue before giving up and buying back the car right? Is the issue really resolved? ****Ask yourself the hard questions. The car we test drove still had the same issue. Not kidding. Please educate yourself on Lemon cars, don't let the dealership tell you how it all works. Read, read, test drive and have your mechanic look at.   Protect yourself and your money. Clean cars, just not for me.  I like my money and resale value.

We drove five hours to purchase a vehicle on a busy and rainy Saturday. Everyone was courteous and helpful from the moment we drove onto the business lot. Our suggestion for improvement would only be to have more of the process available online to make the face-to-face time more efficient and enjoyable. Thank you, Usher and Ali! We love our new ride!

I called ahead to see if the car was available, and it was so I headed on over. I was made to feel very welcomed. My salesman was Luis he seem to be straight up with, he explained to me that the car I that test drove has a branded title, which was because the car was bought back by Nissan because the car would not start. They fixed the problem, which was because the car had a bad fuel pump. They showed me the paper work, which by law they are obligated to do. I traded in a perfectly running Ford f150, looks immaculate. They ripped me off, gave me $12,500 for my truck because I had been in two very minor accidents, not over a $1000 worth of damage. They sold my truck for $19,500. I got a little ahead of myself. The salesman talked me into getting a service protection warranty, I purchased  it and he assured me I could cancel when ever I wanted to, would be given the unused part. I got home and got a mechanic to look at it he said the is is a great car, no issues found. I called to cancel the service protection, I purchased and was left on hold three different times for 15-16. The service protection was initially quoted as $16,999, they wound giving it to me for $15,999. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau , they have until the 23rd to respond, which is only two days away. If that doesn't work, I am calling the News. I am not giving up!!!! Will keep you guys posted

Great experience with these guys. Coming from another state to buy a car was a little frightening for my wife and I but when we got to Atlanta Best Used Cars we were  pleasantly surprised. Over the phone Sal was professional and courteous. He gave me every detail on the car I was interested in. We even did a video conference so that I could see with my own eyes. When we arrived for purchase and test a drive his brother Shawn took care of us through everything and was equally as professional. I can't say enough about our experience it was that pleasant. We purchased a 2008 BMW 550i for a great price with excellent records. Thank you, thank you thank you! I will be back if I ever need without hesitation.
