Good service and friendly advisors. The sales guy we used was really laid back and not pushy. One negative I have is the price is the price there's no negotiation at all. So that might enjoy good for you if you don't like to haggle.

I made my second purchase from CarMax a few weeks ago. During my first experience last spring I found the process very efficient, but also with a personal touch. I loved the idea of picking the amount I wanted to spend and the kind of vehicle I wanted and my sales associate made it happen..Thank you CarMax

I recently purchased a car at Carmax and once my car arrived, it was a very convenient, smooth, and easy process to purchase it. I was able to research and easily find the car that I was looking for, schedule an appointment to drive it, and then within a few hours it was mine. One word of advice I have for potential customers is to make sure you thoroughly inspect the vehicle for imperfections. I purchased my car at night and didn't realize there was a fairly significant scratch on it until the next day. They did buff it out for free afterwards, but in my opinion it shouldn't have been there in the first place and I heard another customer complain of the same thing while I was having my scratch buffed out. I did have to order my car to be shipped from another dealership and the original title somehow was lost so I had to call them several times to find out when I would be able to test drive it so communication wasn't their strong suit either. Like I said, once I was able to get in the car, things went smoothly, but getting to that point was a bit rocky and took much longer than I expected (I was told 4-7 business days and it ended up taking longer than 2 weeks!)
