I am extremely happy with this Kia dealership. My salesman was excellent. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the brand and the vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and they all worked as a team and efficiently. And I ended up getting the vehicle I had been looking at for six months!! I had visited six or so other dealerships (Kia and others) and this was by far the best dealership for buying a vehicle. I am so happy that the Business Manager named Nick explained to me all of the options instead of cheating on on my money. We had a great experience and we traveled about an hour to visit the Newark De location. I would definitely travel to Newark De again for a Kia!!

We've had some sketchy car buying experiences in the past, but Martin Kia really stepped up to the plate. They made us feel comfortable and took very good care of us. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier with our experience. Nick and The salesman were super personable and very friendly. There wasn't a high-pressure sales environment like you often find at many dealerships. They understood our needs and were willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Was in the market for a new car and started my search at Martin Kia.  I originally wanted to try every make and model in the midsize sedan class just to make sure whatever option I picked was the right one.

Working with Caitlin, she helped me prioritize what features were important to me and what my must haves are in a vehicle.  After test driving the Optima, I was incredibly impressed.  When I compared to other makes and models in the same class, there was no comparison, the Optima blew the competition out of the water.

During the whole experience Caitlin was awesome in answering each and every one of my questions and did not try to pressure me into buying a vehicle after the first test drive.  My original time frame was 2 months, but found myself driving off the lot a week later thanks to the exceptional offers that Martin Kia was able to provide.  Would absolutely recommend both Martin Kia and Caitlin when purchasing a new vehicle.  Will definitely buy from here again.

I have never had such an easy or stress free time purchasing a vehicle. Tracy made our experience fast and was very knowledgeable in everything we needed. He was very kind and patient with all my questions and never tried pressuring me into anything. I hate pressure sales and will run from them. I felt very welcome and the staff was very warm and friendly. Thank you Tracy! I would recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Love my new car!
