I had the pleasure of having my truck repaired by Toyota. Toyota extended the warranty on the broken part because it was prone to failure. They were great. the manager even called me on his day off to inform me about the services with my truck. Due to the parts needed it took a little longer than expected but they made me aware of and even offered to lend me a Toyota Tacoma to use if I needed the truck. This is the reason I will continue to BUY Toyota. A special shout out to Bill Chafe for keeping in the loop!

My experience with them on the phone was good. Didn't like my sales person at all, Jeff Turner. I understand there are sales tactics but he was outright sneaky with the numbers. Dancing around my very direct questions. I wouldn't recommend dealing with him at all. He is the kind of person who makes people afraid of "used car dealers". The car I bought was pre-owned and a very specific one. If it was a car I could have gotten somewhere else I would have without hesitation walked right out the door.

I am very dissapointed the person on the phone when i schedule the appoiment was great not so my sales person Cheryl she was so rude that i will consider very seriously if i should keep taking my car back to this place people should have manners when you deal with customers or get another job this experience was not pleasant  and i think she made us wait more than an hour for an oil change even do we arrive 30 minutes before our appoinment not good

I went to look at a used car in July. I met a really cool salesman named Neil. He helped me out a lot. He helped me get the best deal and a good interest rate. If you need a car buy one from Neil Gibson.

Not happy with their service. I had a flat tire. Considering my Camry is brand new with less than 3,000 miles, I think it is better to have a Toyota service for my car. Then, I called Newark Toyotaworld, I was told I could just walked in. I drove there. They took my car. I waited there. However, after more than 90 minuets, they still did nothing on my tire, not checking whether it could be repaired or be to be replaced. I understand they are busy. It is ok if they told me how long I needed to wait at beginning. But they don’t care costumer’s time. They have no respect on their costumers! I will never get their service again.
