Best advice my mother ever gave me was to take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance/repairs versus just choosing the cheapest option. Unfortunately I veered away from that advice and chose a reputable mechanic near me thinking the closest dealership was 30 min away. I was pleasantly surprised, if not a little frustrated at myself, to find this location only 10 min from my home. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Dan is my service liaison and absolutely AMAZING at his job!! Front desk staff were friendly as well. Joshua is an awesome mechanic and I plan to request him any time my truck needs service. DEFINITELY coming back here for as long as I'm in this area. 

Glad to find exemplary service here like I was used to at Pacific Nissan in San Diego.

Stephanie is very rude. She does not give correct information and then she brushes it off like no big deal. 2 of my child's Christmas presents were in the trunk of my car. I called on Thursday the 21st because I was going to go get them out of the car and Stephanie told me that I was getting my car back on Friday. I did not get my car back on Friday so I called on Saturday. Saturday Stephanie said it was fine to come get them.  My dad and niece went to get them they were told they couldn't because the body shop wasn't open on Saturday. I called back and spoke to Stephanie again and her response was I don't know what you want me to do. She didn't apologize once and since she didn't feel like resolving the problem she hung up on me.

Dave Cassidy and the service team are friendly and professional. We have been bringing our cars here for years due to the wonderful customer service. They also recently updated the service center resulting in more efficient checking and processing.

Location is great and staff is always friendly and helpful. Service associates are always giving you options and treatment plans for different service needs/car recommendations without being unreasonable and honest at the same time. Very happy with every service appointment I’ve had to date! 👌🏼😁

The service has always been good but the last few times I've dealt with Jason and he's truly amazing. Explains all services performed or needed/upcoming very well. the new addition Jasmine is a delight to schedule service. The service area has a fantastic crew!
