Bruce Blake our sales person is always extremely helpful. We have purchased 7 cars in total from him and are about to make it 8. Price has been good and the sales process that is usually PAINFUL goes fairly quick with Bruce. We haven't used their service department in years though, but only because we live in Wilminton now.

I was in your showroom to inquire about the Honda Pilot. High fives to Shari Godwin excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda product. Extremely friendly staff and beautiful facilities. I would definitely recommend Martin Honda to all my friends and colleagues. The most genuine treatment I have received at any dealership. This was a me experience, thanks to Shari.

I wanted to get a new car that fit me. A commuter car that was good on gas mileage, affordable for my budget, and could last me for a bit. I called up Martin Honda and got matched up with Spencer O'Brien and he was great! He asked me what I wanted and was looking for. Got me looking at what I wanted that fit my price range. We did a test drive of the car I desired the most. He helped describe the car for me, what features I'd get, but he focused on what I wanted. He was also very personal, just talking like to people getting to know each other. I felt very comfortable making a big purchase with him, it was painless and would make me want to go back to them. A genuine person that wanted to see me happy with purchasing a car. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and even got a few extras that could fit in my budget. Overall I had a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend Martin Honda and Spencer O'Brien to any looking to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2017 New Honda Civic for point of reference. I felt I was becoming part of a group or family with this purchase and would tell anyone to go to this dealership.

This is an edit to my original four star review. After six months,I started having a lot of issues with my car,mostly the head unit/infotainment system. Car had been in there four times and the last two it was in there for a week each time. The third time it went in for a number of the same issues,The manager had them replace the head unit thinking that would fix everything,it didn't and they didn't even address some of the stuff I brought it in for. I went to the manager and complained. He was really nice at that point and took over my service himself at this point,asked me to send him the 12 or so videos I had of all these issues happening and stuff not working. I did. They had it for another week. Said they couldn't duplicate anybody the issues,so none of it got fixed again. They also overfilled my oil and the manager said it was a half quart over and would have it drained. It still seemed over filled and I discovered they didn't put the sheild back on the bottom of the car right and used wrong screws. Took it back once again, the guy told me yes its still over filled,but that didn't matter it could be a few quarts over and it would burn off. That isn't right and the manual says DO NOT OVERFILL, it can damage the engine. Asked if I really wanted it drained. I said yes and please have them put the correct screws back in. They didn't. I will never go to this dealer for service again. I also thought it was not right that I had to tell three people there to look in the manual to see that I was right about things when they said,oh that's not supposed to work like that. I've gone back several times and given them plenty of chances,but when they can't do an oil change correctly and say stuff like it doesn't matter if your oil is over filled, that is a huge red flag for me.

Anyone interested in buying in the Tristate area needs to visit this dealership!!! Their customer service cannot be matched. I had the most incredible car buying experience. I am beside myself with the amazing treatment by the entire staff. They patiently walked me through the entire process and communicated clearly all the steps. They found me the exact car that I wanted without pressure to get something different.
