It was very confusing buying a car out of state.  I got a great price. They made getting my third new Infiniti easy.

The service is very good but the service department representatives, its really hard to get someone there on the phone to talk to or get you scheduled. You will have to call a thousand times before you ever get someone on the phone. Very annoying. minus that, its a wonderful place and very welcoming.

I tried to give this place a chance because I've heard good things. I have to say my experience was horrible. My salesmen's name was Randy. Very pushy and forceful tactics. I brought my wife in for a test drive and came back 2 days later to discuss price. I told him I'll be buying the car outright. He then told me he had to run a credit check before he could talk numbers. After refusing because if I'm buying the car outright it's not required. He then said he couldn't help me and basically showed me the door. To humor him I allowed him to run a report, he came back asking what my goal was for monthly payments. I told them I'm not interested in financing. He said then the list price is the bottom of the line price. I then left and received a email 3 weeks later from him asking if I was still interested. NEVER will go back to the sales department. Oh and I asked a friend of mine to call and ask about the car, he was able to knock of 2k after talking with him for 2 days, but Randy still wanted to run a credit report on him.
