It was a pleasure doing business with Newark Chrysler.  Everything was in order when I got there. Just finished up the paperwork.  Staff were pleasant to talk to. My salesman went over some  options in the car and I was able to drive it home that night.  I'm from Jersey but I highly recommend this Delaware dealership.

Rick was great! It was a no hassle experience, and he picked me up from work to complete the deal. After the sale, I had a minor issue and he personally came back to my job to address the issue himself. I would highly recommend him!

(Service Department Review)
After having an extremely trifling experience with a service rep who had no idea that he functioned as a representation of a company at the Jeep dealer in New Castle along RT.40, I came to this Newark dealership.

I have not once received sub-par service, reps were fully aware of any problems that arose with the vehicle. I received follow-up calls with updates for service appointments. Representative who took payments had a pleasant attitude, had at minimum 5 payments processed since I purchased vehicle in August and I saw no lack of ability.

I was never for Jeeps, especially after the New Castle experience. They are now added to the line-up.
