Not only are these people unprofessional but they are cowards..Instead of just saying you don't qualify for a vehicle they'll give you the run around until you just get upset enough to just walk out!! For 4 days!! I went back and forth with these people about a car.. After I had EVERYTHING I was asked to bring it was another problem.. The sales guy Ryan walked around ignored me and the guest that I brought.. Hours later he goes and hide in the back sending another sales guy Patrick to come out to try finesse the situation basically saying we needed all this other stuff that was never mentioned... After I was lured in on the "No down payment program" I all of a sudden needed money.. All we kept hearing was "Let me see what I can do" and no one did NOTHING! I had to call off my job because of this foolishness.. Please be aware of this place... No one is out to help their only out to get paid... I already have bad credit.. No Shame in it now its probably worst because of the constant inquiries which is going to make it harder for me even with a cosigner...

I first bought a new car in 2011 when they were in Douglasville.  All went well and I was very happy.  We co signed a car about 3 years ago for our daughter and it was horrible.   We just moved back to Georgia and went in for some service on the same 2011 Sonata with 110,000 miles on it.  Well, walk in and was looking at the Tucson.  Jeff Jones came up and talked to us and we ended up taking a few for a test drive.  What a great experience.  We were treated so well and never ever was the amount different or changed!    King the finance guy got us right out.  Trade in was reasonable.  I was truly pleased and love the new car but still have so much to learn about it!!!!

Went in to look at a new Elantra for my daughter, not even a "hello" or proper greeting.  Left, bought a 2017 Civic down the street. Looking at the reviews for this place, happy I left. Your loss.

This dealership has improved greatly in the past year! Customer service in the service department is excellent!

Service, as far as repairs go, should be a -5.  I had several preventative services done at one time (oil, transmission, transaxle, etc) as they were coming due.  Several weeks later a coil pak fails.  Thus began a process of a MONTH AND A HALF  of being lied to by my service advisor, being ignored by the service manager,  and hearing from GM only once and never again after I was lied to yet again.  Three times I was told car was fixed and three times engine light was STILL ON when I went to pick it up.  6 weeks and $1,500 later the issue still wasn't resolved.  I took it out of state.  Never have I received such pathetic service for anything in my life.  Hyundai should revoke their contract.
