I am ashamed to say I don't remember the ladies names but there were three in all and I am sure you can look that up. The first female encounter was in the phone because I was running late due to traffic. She was extremely kind and even told me to drive safely. Very impressive. I was then checked in immediately and my car was done in under an hour and a half which was the time I was quoted. Both ladies who checked me in and checked me out were nice and efficient. Thanks for great teamwork and service.

Each contact I have had with the service department has been excellent. This covers routine maintenance and repairs on my eleven year old Civic, keeping me safely on the road and confident that I have reliable transportation for trips of any distance. Thomas is my Service Pro, and he has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. I KNOW I could not receive better service any where else.

We had a great experience buying our new Fit with Jackie. We called ahead a few days before we were coming in, and talked through some of the details. When we came in, Jackie was very helpful, very friendly, and able to get us everything he'd said he'd be able to. Everyone we interacted with on the sales team was great. I only give 4 stars because of the financial side - the agent was too pushy when it came to buying warranties, and generally just very awkward with the entire process. Still, overall I was very pleased with my experience, and would definitely come back again.

Best experience purchasing a car ever. Errol McLean is very professional and knowledgeable. He does not push someone into buying but helps guide. Overall great staff quick and effective process.
