I went in looking to test the water for an upgraded car, thinking I wouldn't get in another car until 5 months from now. Surprisingly my salesman Justin walker was an substantial listener for my ideal car. He hit every check mark on my list in a timely manner. I would definitely refer anyone looking to purchase/lease a car to him. Heritage Volkswagen of West Atlanta have been a great help!

Great customer service. Very friendly and works with what your budget to get you into the best car for what you can afford.  Very satisfied. Keith was awesome.

Lied about repairs in the past. I was told I needed to replace my break pads and rotors. They said my warranty did not cover it. I took the car to VW Marietta and they said the break pads were low still had some padding left on them but I did not damage the rotors so they did not need to be replaced at all. They explained even if the rotors did need to be  replaced the bumper to bumper warranty would have covered it. They were not honest. I ended up replacing the break pads with VW Marietta and never returned to Heritage VW until recently. Due to being on this side of town and in a bind I recently took my car in for a simple fix, even made an appointment to replace the blub on my driver's side headlight. After 25 mins, I was told they could not fix my head light.  The techs could not figure out how to get to my headlight. Called VW Marietta and explained and they were confused as to why VW in Lithia Springs could not figure it out. Took the car to VW Marietta and they are working on it now, no confusion about how to do.

Seem like ok people when you want to buy a car. They promised lifetime oil changes if I bought a 40k car (in writing in email before coming in) but the minute I signed the papers they acted like they weren't going to honor this promise. I've called and emailed multiple times but it has fallen on deaf ears. If they promise you this don't listen or have it written into the sales contract. 
Edit: I was contacted via email afterwards but in my honest opinion I shouldn't have to write a poor review to get help. I gave 4 stars but can't give five out of principle.

I've neglected to leave a review since last August when I purchased my Golf, but I'm still happy I purchased my car here. I had a great experience working with Nick, who is super helpful and patient and does a great job selling without seeming like a "salesman". I'm also appreciative of fast response when I've had questions since then. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.
