Caught them not rotating the tires on my vehicle when I paid for the service. My front passenger tire would loose air pressure weekly and would need to be refilled. I asked them to take a look when they rotated the tires and let me know if it needed to be replaced. The service rep explained they submerge the tire in water to look for air bubbles and it checked out fine. I asked them to then check the sensor and waited and was told everything is 100%. I asked the rep what position the trouble tire was now in post rotation and he tells me rear passenger side. So about a week or two later (and post a family road trip to Florida...) the front passenger tire is loosing pressure again. Called the service manager (Mr. Fernandez) and wrote an email explaining the situation and received no response. A week passes and my spouse did the same and received no response either. Frustrated by the lack of any response to our phone calls and emails, She drives up to the location to speak to Mr Fernandez in person. They take the vehicle for inspection and find that the front passenger tire has a rock lodged in it and this is what has been causing the leak... which is odd because it should be the rear passenger tire correct? Because they rotated the tires? Anyway. Mr Fernandez explains condescendingly to my spouse some nonsense in effect that even though they rotated the tires originally the issue that caused the air leak transferred itself to the tire in the front passenger side... because reasons. She stood their and literally pointed out that if the front passenger tire had a leak and they indeed rotated the tires then the leaky tire should be on the rear passenger side. He went on explaining this and that about the sensors until she decided that further conversation was pointless. She realized his strategy was to repeat convoluted and illogical silliness when it was obvious they had not rotated the tires. They removed the rock and patched it. This was very nice of them. Long story short these guys say they rotate tires and we pay for it but they do NOT rotate your tires. I can't imagine what other dishonest practices take place in this location but I highly recommend you avoid this place and take your business elsewhere. I will not be returning there.

I went in for a an oil change and a basic check up. Everything checked out good according to them and the report (including the battery) A week later my battery is completely dead. I go back to the service center and come to find out their battery checkers have been broken for a while. On top of that I asked a simple question on the price of a battery and everyone was pretending to be busy when all theyre doing was flirting with customers. Had to purchase a new for the Marietta location. Quick in&out!

My whole experience from first looking online to actually purchasing my 4Runner was simple, yet amazing! Everyone was as nice as they could be and I even explained that with my drive, I would be arriving late on a Wednesday night and they still catered to my every need without a fuss. Brittany McKethan was my sales associate and she was more friendly and welcoming than any other sales associate I have ever encountered. Thank you guys for a wonderful car buying experience! I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends!

My experience with AutoNation Nissan Thornton service department was awesome. Their service department associate Fred Foster was great. He provide an explanation of the recommended services I needed and he made sure that I understood the importance of each recommendation. He was very professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. Thanks Fred for all you help.

My experience of car buying was simply amazing the people really does care about you and will literally jump through hoops to make their customers happy and satisfied BRITTANY MAC is thee best sales person I've dealt with and she was answering all my questions and concerns with accuracy and clarity she went above and beyond to help me with whatever my car buying needs are.....WHEN YOU GO THERE THEY MAKE YOY FEEL AND BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A CAR IF POSSIBLE....I LOVE THE FAMILY BUT PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERES THEY HAVE ITS REALLY AWESOME AND WILL THE MANAGER IS A DYNAMIC PERSON HE WILL KEEP YOU LAUGHING AND COMFORTABLE....
