I can't express how happy I found this dealership! My husband and I actually drove 3 1/2 hours (one way) to make it to this place and it was well worth it! I had been searching for a SUV for a certain price and certain milage, to which all friends and family said would be impossible. Let's just say the drive was well worth it.... we got under the mileage and price then what we thought we could find! John Brooks was very professional, nice and had great customer service! I'll be a big supporter of Cars of Kentucky. Thanks for the new, to me, ride! We love it!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Cars of Kentucky. John was a very helpful and professional salesman. He assisted me with the purchase and met my needs. Shortly after the purchase, a problem became evident with the vehicle. I am convinced that the dealership had no knowledge of the problem. I had bought the car "as is with no warranty", and knew that I had no legal rights to complain to them. My wife begged me to call anyway, so I did. John listened to the situation and went well beyond any expectations I had to help resolve the problem. I found John to be completely ethical, 100% honest, and helpful. I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. I shopped from them because they had the exact vehicle I needed. I will shop from them again because they have proven themselves to be more than worthy of my business. Also, the vehicle paperwork came in the mail very quickly and completely accurate. Thank you Cars of Kentucky for the phenomenal buying experience.

Great place to buy certified pre owned vehicles. I bought my 2008 GMC Yukon Denali from there in November 2016. Still a good truck no problems. Great service and sales. 100% recommend

Message originally sent to dealership on 2/23/2014: You know I would like to believe that people are honest for the most part but I should have listened to people warning me about used car dealers. When Jim told me that the car had minor water damage but the only way he could tell it or see any sign of it was that the trunk had been repainted. He said that all electrical had been totally redone and was just like new. I believed him. BIG MISTAKE. For 3 months now the car has been dead every time I go to crank it. After literally 6 new batteries with no resolve, I had to take it in to the Nissan Dealership. Upon their inspection they noted that THE CAR HAD SIGNIFICANT SALT WATER DAMAGE, STARTER MUST BE REPLACED, ALTERNATOR BAD & MUST BE REPLACED, NEW CABLE ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, BRAKES AND ROTORS MUST BE REPLACED, MANIFOLD MUST BE REPLACED, AND RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING OUT AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT. The noted condition of the car was given as: CAR IS IN POOR CONDITION AND IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE! COST OF THESE REPAIRS WAS $3,600.00 !!!! AFTER ALL THESE REPAIRS I AM STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE BATTERY BEING DEAD AND TODAY I DROVE MY CAR ABOUT 100 FT. BEFORE THE ALTERNATOR CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!! SO GUESS WHAT???? NOW I HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER ALTERNATOR GET THE FIRE DAMAGE FIXED AND SEE IF ANYONE CAN FIGURE OUT WHERE THE ELECTRICAL DRAIN TO MY BATTERY IS COMING FROM!!!!! I'M SURE THIS WILL ADD AT LEAST ANOTHER $1,000 TO MY BILL!! SO JIM'S STATEMENT THAT "the electrical has been totally redone and was just like new" is CRAP!!!! There is obviously an electrical, issue on top of the other $5,000.00 worth of issues, on a car that I bought from you in good faith. You have cost me a lot of money for something that I still cannot drive !!!!!!! Best Regards, Mike Rice My Reply on 2/26/2014: The best time to contact me during the week is anytime after 6:30 pm and anytime on the weekends. My number is xxx-xxx-xxxx. (I did give my actual #). Response from the Dealership as of 5/1/2017: NONE, NOTHING, ZERO Latest issue with the car as of 4/23/2017 is that the transmission, which has been another issue with the car since I bought it, finally died. It is going to cost $2,400 to have it replaced with a used transmission (I don't even want to know the cost of a new one).
