I have now worked with Jack Burford Chevrolet on 2 different occasions and have had a wonderful experience each time that I have done business with them. I just traded my prior truck that I had bought from them in 2015 for a 2018 LTZ. Both experiences were wonderful. They legitimately do everything they can to get you in the vehicle. James, josh, Wes and  Shane and the rest of the sales staff were wonderful. I recommend Jack Burford Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new Chevrolet!

Best car buying experience I have ever had.  Worked James over the phone to purchase my 2017 Corvette.  Gave me a quote over the phone and sent me the quote in writing.  Flew out a week latter and picked up my car.  On arrival at LEX their was a driver waiting to take me to the dealership.  Completed paperwork with Josh and was on my way shortly their after.  Then James called me the following day to see how my drive back to Virginia was.  Awesome group of guys at the dealership.. Top notch...

I highly recommend this dealership. As a longstanding member of the GM family I found this to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. I went to several different dealerships before literally stumbling on this outstanding team. They were honest and straightforward. They found us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us into any decision. Simply gave us the information and helped us to make the best decision for our little family. 11 out of 10.

Ricky is the Service Department is absolutely wonderful. I can always trust him with my automobiles. I also met the owner, I think Ricky said his name was John? But he was giving them a hand in the service department. Great staff! The Cashier/Bookkeeper was also excellent.

I rated Jack Burford 8/30/2017 by the way I was treated by one person instead of how I am treated by the business itself.  After writing the review, I had the luck of speaking with a wonderful person "Stephanie" who has the owner's best interest at heart! She made sure that my car was definitely taken care of.  She alerted the owner who also assured that my car was taken care of as well.  Going as far as to contact GM to see if any other vehicles were experiencing the same issue as mine.  And sure enough there were.  Thank you for going the extra mile to assure that we were taken care of Stephanie! You definitely win the customer service award from us.  The owner is very lucky to have you in his corner.  I hope that the service continues to flow from your hands to the service manager's ears and mouth.  You are a great influence of customer service.  Ricky as always was very helpful assuring we got in and out and even called to assure that my light did not come back on later that day.  John is very lucky to have you both on his team! Thank you John for empowering Stephanie and going the extra mile to keep me informed.  Stephanie and Ricky are gems!
