I have had outdoor furniture and cushions from Chair King since 2004 and is has been great! I would buy from them again!!!

I went to Chair King  selected and priced furniture in January.  I returned  in Febuary despite the negative reviews I read on line because they had the product I wanted. We negotiated the terms and the price then charged my credit card. The purchase price charged  was more than I agreed to . I asked them to correct the mistake but was told free delivery and tax free offer required them to charge the extra 100 dollars. I had them cancel the charge and left.
My call later to the company sales manager ended with the manger assuring me he would get back to me with an answer to my complaint regarding misleading pricing and incentives. 5 days later I am still waiting. I guess they did me a favor. I would avoid this company, their understanding of customer service is double talk, bait and switch, and deception.
