My fiance and I had a great shopping experience here. From the moment we walked in a sales rep was there to help. His name was Manny and he worked with us for over two hours to help us find something that worked for us. The shape of our living room made picking furniture very difficult, but he was patient with us. He gave us plenty of space and did not hover, but checked in on us and was always available when we had a question. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. We definitely lucked out and got a great sales representative. Hopefully we will have a smooth delivery process despite other negative reviews. But in regard to the purchasing process, we had a great experience at this store.

I hate that I even have to select a star. Terrible service! The store rep thought she had me on mute while cussing and being very unprofessional. I informed herself that I heard her talking and she got an attitude with me and said so I wasn't talking about you. Needless to say the company held my furniture on a truck, and told me since I cancelled my delivery due going into labor, I would have to wait a least a week to get it delivered. When I said I would pick it up they told me it's on the truck and I would have to wait for a phone call to "see" when it will be available for pickup which was 3 days out at least. When I said this was a big inconvenience they didn't do anything to compensate me and they had a nonchalant attuide. I cancelled my order and will never shop them again, very disappointed in their customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, TERRIBLE

I was so disappointed with the delivery. Rooms To Go Outlet directed me to Christian movers who charged $175 for delivering a dinning table, 6 chairs, 2 accent chairs and a queen bed frame with headboard. They delivered at 10 am. They did not deliver the  side rails. When I returned from office and was assembling the bed, I found the side rail missing. So I called the  delivery guy and he says very casually that he realized he did not deliver the side rails and said he cannot deliver it until 2 days as the traffic on I77 sucks!! So I decided to go pick it up. I called up Rooms to go to make sure the side rails are there in the pick up area. The delivery guy calls me after 15 mins and talks to me in the rudest way possible almost in a intimidating tone asking me why did I tell Rooms to go about it!!! Rooms to go’s Customer Service did not bother to check back if I had any concerns!! Very poor customer experience.

Nice showroom. Great selection of furniture with reasonable prices. Sale associate was helpful and attentive to my needs.

I had a horrible experience at RtG. The salesman was unprofessional  and indifferent. I should have left that store and gone to a different  RtG, but I gave him the benefit if the doubt. At the end of my transaction he did not thank me for my purchase, he just handed me my receipt. When I told him about his poor customer care, he disagreed with me and proceeded to explain his attitude. I hope to hear from management about my experience .
