The store manager of this location, Montana, is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and considerate people that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a reputation for making the complicated seem simple. I heavily recommend asking for him when you visit this location. Regardless of your budget he will take the time that's necessary to help you find the product that best fits your needs.

Had great service, Jonathan took the time to figure out the bed that was right for me and my unique back problems. It took over an hour but he answered all my questions and really went out of his way to understand my situation. From the time I arrived in the store to the Delivery. A+ Effort and I'm loving the bed, clearly I made the right decision.

DON'T BUY HERE! Bought a mattress and I ended up with back pain and headaches. I was able to prove it was the mattress because whenever I slept in my other bedroom, I'd wake up without the pain. Went back to to try to exchange and I was not allowed to do so. Horrible service, not helpful at all. This is just a cheap brand all around. Their motto "At Mattress Firm your Happiness is Guaranteed or your money back" is NOT true.
