Awful.  They sent me out in a car that had 3/4 tank of gas.  I brought it back with 3/4 tank.  They charged me $52 to refuel the car at $9 per gallon.  When I called to explain, all they would say was that this was their policy and they couldn't do anything about it.  When I picked up the car, the guy at the gate asked me what the mileage was and never even looked at the fuel.  When I spoke to the manager at Thrifty, she said that I should have called them to let them know that it wasn't full when I got it.  I will never rent from them, Dollar, or Hertz again.  I wonder if I had called and told them it had 3/4 tank, would it have made a difference if their record showed it full, but they didn't check it on the way out of the airport?  Terrible customer service....  Go somewhere else....

I normally rent from hertz or enterprise.  I called them both and they said they were sold out. Called Thrifty and reserved a car. I wasn't sure what to expect. They closed at 11 and my flight came in at 1050. I rushed over and ended up at the wrong terminal and wrong Thrifty location.  The person who helped me was very nice. I would have never made it to the other location in time. I was really stressed out and she calmed me down and said don't worry I'll take care of you here. I believe her name was Jamie. Great service!
I think I may start renting only from thrifty. Thanks again Jamie for the great service.

Fast, polite service, choice of car in my size category, car was clean and the return was no hassle and fast. It was service as I would expect, but not always the norm these days..

I've rented cars here several times. Friendly service, though beware the upsell.

Good car. Service agent had ball cap over his eyes. Would not look up or acknowledge me or other customers. Then he spoke so softly I couldn't hear him. Unsatisfactory service. .
