These guys are awesome! Customer Service was on point with making me feel comfortable while I waited for them to take a look at my car. Marcus sat down with me and explained some concerns regarding my brakes and had a quote ready to go for me. He also told me about their free check ups when they do oil changes. I originally came in because my AC wouldn't blow any air, they looked at it and it turns out it wasn't plugged in! They didn't charge me for plugging it back in and gave me helpful feedback. Just super helpful all around and all gentleman in the office were very polite. I will definitely be back!

The team at Christian Brothers was top notch. They took the time to look over my car, take pictures of needed repairs, and talked me through each necessary repair. The whole process felt SO much more friendly and personal than taking my car to the dealership. I told them that we would be bringing in my wife's car next time we needed work done. Great job and thanks for the help guys!

I attempted to have my serpentine belt replaced at the Sandy Springs, GA location. I went out of my way to make an early morning appointment a week in advance. I was excited to give Christian Brothers a try as the advertisements made it seem that the company was service oriented. I did not mind driving out if my way to another town for better service. I was happy to. Sadly, I was rewarded with sub standard service and a poor, "I don't care attitude" from the employee at the desk. It was as if I was bothering them by being there. I did everything I could to be polite and make it easy for your employee who clearly was not happy to be there. I didn't come in to bother anyone. I just wanted to pay to have my vehicle maintained. After dealing with the rude staff, I reluctantly agreed to leave my car with them. I was promised it would be an hour or so. I checked in with then after 2 and a half hours had passed and I'd heard nothing. They still had not started work on my vehicle and didn't have the courtesy to tell me they were behind which is all I expected. This resulted in a few major peronsal inconveniences. Having decided to cut my losses, I asked if I could come back in and get my vehicle so that I could take it somewhere else. This was the only thing the employees at the Sandy Springs location were happy to do for me. I picked my car up from the same spot I dropped it off in. Moral of the story: I went out of my way to give Christian Bros my money and was rewarded with the poorest service I've experienced and had to leave to find a different shop. I am annoyed that I fell for the strong customer service sales pitch.

The people were REALLY nice don't get me wrong. However I came in for them to see if they could fix the issue with my car cause it would struggle to go uphill. They had it maybe 20min and told me I needed a purge valve for almost $300. They charged me $100 for the diagnostic and I left. After my visit I showed a friend the car and he just popped the hood and said I needed spark plugs...and the car worked perfectly fine after that. So I lost $100 for a wrong diagnostic. Be careful and get a second opinion.

I don't usually leave reviews for anyone, but my experience was so great here this morning I felt compelled. They staff was helpful and polite and I was in and out within 25 minutes. There was no pressure to do any additional work on my car, and they fixed the minor things that needed it while doing my inspection. The waiting room is clean with cold water, fresh coffee, and positive music. Couldn't recommend them more, will definitely be back!
