I took my mom to this hospital and the condition she was in, they had to admit her. The whole time she was there, they were extremely helpful and caring. I loved her nurse's and will go back for any other medical problems.

I had septic pneumonia.
Palestine had called my father and told them him to call next of kin .
“ He is going South “
I made it alive to Tyler but the situation compromised my mitral valve .
Once recovered from the infection my heart valve was replaced .

I could not be more happy to be blessed to have gone there .

Only one rehab evaluation nurse was offensive .
So in around seventy five that helped me no big deal .

I love them for my life .

I really hate I am typing this... but this is a horrible hospital to bring your loved one to get treated. This hospital is very unorginzed, dirty, not caring my list can go on. My father in law passed away at this hospital. He was admitted the day before thanksgiving in 2017, he was discharged a week later after being diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. (Which was a big mistake. He was not stabled enough to even be discharged) but the Drs thought it was the smart choice to do. He landed in the hospital again December 11, 2017 passed away December 13, 2017. I feel like they tried absoutley NOTHING to help him live. My family had gotten no explanation of what was going on we had no team guiding us through this. I have experience working at a hospital and this hospital isn’t function well at ALL everyone we dealt with were very careless, the drs were NOT helpful at all, nurses were not caring (you could tell they work there only to get their paycheck.) I am torn the way my father in law was treated here at this hospital. This hospital was not prepared or educated for my father in laws diagnoses and I just wish they would of been straight forward with us instead of killing time and him there at the hospital. So no don’t bring your loved ones here unless you want them to do nothing for them.

was in there for  last four days. the nursing staff is fantastic.  Brad  is thebest nurse there  most considerate person iv ever met almost make  me wish  i  never been checked out . wish  therewere more people like him and Melinda. tday was my  birthday and melinda her kind soul brought me a birthday cake. lovley staff

I must say CTMFHS beats the standard Hospital in every way. But, be Leary of the Neuro science institute. I personally have had a bad experience with 3 different neurologist on staff there and will not return for medical care at the institute because of this. Big name, big money,  poor health care!!!
