I had a horrible experience here. Had to go to another ER after being treated because they did not treat me properly even when I told them how I am always treated at other ER’s. You’re better off driving to Dallas. 

Also my girlfriend called and they told her I wasn’t at that ER and refused to make sure I wasn’t there. This left my girlfriend frantically worrying for hours trying to figure out where I was. She had major attitude w here and was completely unprofessional.

Set in the waiting room for over two hours and several people who came in after us got seen and left. If my wife hadn't been in severe pain we would have walked out but I was concerned it might be her appendix so I insisted we stay. But this is ridiculous it's like they don't care about her pain got people who are not in any distress getting to see the doctor before her. I am definitely going to complain to someone who is in charge of this circus

Saved my life! Nurses were unbelievable, they could not have been better! My Cardiologist was not as good. She was too busy to see me or to return phone calls after returning home. But I am still thankful of this Great Hospital and staff. Thank You!

I have had many experiences at ETMC. I have had 3 of my child born here. The maternity ward was so amazing. The nurses went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. My nurses have even become Facebook friends! Today I had tubes put in my 5 year olds ear. I usually only take my kids to children's, but decided to give it a chance since it was just tubes. The care with a child was amazing. They were great with her. She was never hurt or afraid. Dr. Lehr from ENT even came in before the surgery and prayed over the family and surgery. That meant so much to us! 
The only complaint we have ever had was in the er one night. However, nurses and my on doctor saw the lack of care and reported it and fixed the situation. I am giving the 5 stars, because of them taking care of that situation.

Arrived with sick wife 2 hrs ago, vomiting dry heaving. Still no help. They put us in a closet size room with nothing but 4 chairs. Nurse came in to draw blood, set all supply's on one chair that had some one else's dryed blood. This place is worse than parkland in Dallas. They should sell there chopper and hire some staff that's more concerned. What a joke.
