I would like to give a 5 Star to Pam, one of the nurses in the labor and delivery room. She attended me and my newborn and was so helpful with everything. Giving birth was a scary experience for me but she made everything better by being so attentive to my needs and answered all my questions she really went above and beyond. All the other nurses were nice and helpful too but Pam was my favorite. Best hospital i have ever been to i would highly recommend it if you are giving birth.

This hospital is the exact reason why insurance rates are so high. You are better off doing self-pay here as they will overcharge you to max of their ability. Also the Dr's there will take advantage of your insurance and overcharge it too, as evident with them billing for a level 4 exam when It clearly wasn't. Want to know what $2000 gets you here? You get a handshake from the Dr, 3 to 5 minutes of his time, 2 shots and kicked out the door with advice to follow up with your PCP. The best thing about this place was the nurse, as she was a very sweet lady and spent more time administering the shots then the Dr. Did talking to me. Ultimately I ended up having to get a MRI from another facility and IT was cheaper than what the Dr. billed for less than 5 minutes of his time. Stay away from this money pit, especially if you have insurance. The treatment received here is very subpar and ultimately the Dr's are only interested in the well being of their wallets.

I wanted to give a shout out to my labor and delivery nurses Beth and Lola. They were amazing and super nice while i was annoying! They were extremely professional and really listened to everything i had to say. I tried to check myself out of the hospital and instead of telling me how dumb i was ( because it was dumb now that i can look back at it with a level head ) they just listened to my complaints ( which had nothing to do with them ) and let me make up my mind on my own. So thank you Beth & Lola for being so awesome!

This review is long overdue but I had my son 7 months ago and the hospital staff with the exception of one nurse was absolutely phenomenal! It was my first pregnancy and I had made a couple of night trips to the hospital because my contractions were getting intense but unfortunately I still had some time before I was finally admitted. I went in with the mindset of having my son naturally and my plan was a success because of my wonderful nurses. Rebecca, Tamara, Mary, are a few and so many others helped me give birth naturally. They supported me, believed in me, and never once pressured me into getting an epidural. Also, my OB wasn't able to deliver but Dr. Megan Carreno delivered my son and I was so happy with her! She stayed so positive and happy throughout the entire process and that gave me so much more confidence on how I was delivering. Thank you guys so much!

One of the best programs ever. I went there hopeless and came out with as a much confident person. I can not thank you enough. They took my insurance and didn't send me a huge bill like other programs in the area. There is only one good program in Allen and that is Texas Health. Highly Recommend!!
