Had a great experience here getting a Q7. Steve Rubinchik went above and beyond. Extremely patient and helpful with all my question. Recently purchased a CPO 2014 Audi S4. I've been looking for this particular model with the exact spec that Audi Manhattan had, and worked with Marlon Brooks and Dan Heller to get the deal through. This sale was certainly not the easiest one they had to deal with, but we were treated with the most respect and professional service by the whole team throughout. I had some concerns with the car shortly after picking it up, but Dan took care of me without hesitation and delivered beyond my expectation. Also received great help from the service department by Kevin Nagle and David Delaney. My car was making odd squeaking noises, and my local dealership couldn't diagnose the problem. I took my car back to Audi Manhattan where David, the Service Director, road tested the car himself and worked with the technicians to resolve the problem quickly. I am now enjoying my Audi and can't wait to spend the next couple of years with it! You can expect to have a great experience before, during and after your purchase at Audi Manhattan. My family and I will definitely keep Audi Manhattan on our list of dealerships when thinking about our next car.

Having purchased our A6 3.0T sedan at Audi Manhattan in December '16, today was my first visit back to the dealership. Purpose: one year servicing and NYS safety inspection. My service advisor was Wesley Hamilton. From the moment I dove into the dealership garage...until completion of the servicing...Wesley did an outstanding job of taking care of everything. As much as my wife and I love the car, we were concerned that the service experience would be a difficult one. To the contrary, Wesley made today's servicing easy...and equally important...he took time to explain the results of the servicing. Wesley defines excellence, and as a result, we look forward to a long relationship with Audi Manhattan.

This dealership is the best! I called inquiring about car, Manager Margaret answered and was very friendly and helpful. When I visited first time was very impressed, clean building, nice cars on display. The salesman Gabriel was great, even called me on his off days to finish the deal. Margaret and rest of team was wonderful, only had one small problem not related to sales, was fixed immediately. Car is the best I ever drove. I am neither paid for this or an employee, (whoever gave that review), whomever did the one star probably can't afford Audi. I would strongly advise going to them for your next car. You will not regret it. The last person I interacted with was Finance Manager to finish papers, he was also great. All around great experience, I'll probably come back to NYC and purchase my next Audi from them!

Highly recommend Audi Manhattan. Steve was extremely helpful in picking out my new Audi that I love!! I am the second person in my family to use Steve for their Audi. He made sure I got the exact car that I wanted. The experience was completely seamless, which I greatly appreciate.I definitely recommend going to Steve for your next Audi, you will be in good hands! -Christine
