This is my first time leasing and also my first mini countryman. I had a great time working with Sasha (Alex) Lezhen. He was very detailed and personable. Even though I did plenty of research before I signed the documents, as a first timer, it was still a little overwhelming. Luckily, Sasha made the whole process easy, explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with all of it. I had difficulty finding certain documents; he worked hard and very patiently to help me get things done just like a good father would. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I've been driving my mini for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love this car. I'm very thankful for Sasha for helping me getting my first mini. He is a great salesman who loves the product he sells, enjoys making customers happy and passionate about what he does!

We have just purchased a pre-owned Mini Countryman from Mini of Manhattan. It has been a great experience with Sasha providing outstanding and enthusiastic sales support. This support has continued even after the completion of the sale when we got a screw in a tire on the first day of ownership. Thank you Sasha.

The service advisors know what they are talking about and care about your car and you as a customer. They fix the car and then clean it too. They also tell you when you need to get something done so you're not doing unnecessary work on the car. In other words, they care more about your car than they do about the money. If you want great service bring your car here!

Great staff. Absolutely great service. They even have a car loaner for your tuneup with reservation. highly recommended.
