First, Larry is a good guy, easy to work with and someone I trust. If you take out a layaway I recommend that you read closely even though they work with you still need to ask questions. Layaways are 30 days, but he can easily extend it. They have great jewelry and handcrafted items. One qualm though, when they send out your layaway ticket payment mailer, it shows remaining balance. So if you're trying to surprise someone you live with, it comes in the mail for all to see. I find that a little tacky but I don't believe it's intentional just an oversight. Oh and deal with the owner, not his wife. I bought an engagement ring that I paid good hard earned money. She gives it to me, doesn't polish it, threw it in a small envelope and hands it to me. I ask can I please have a box of the engagement ring.( ENGAGEMENT RING)She says we don't do that or have one or some lie. The owner quickly steps up and not only gives me a beautiful box and also free cleaning supplies. She makes it unpleasant, but he more then makes up for her. So I give him and his establishment 4 stars but if she is dealing with customers it drops to 2 stars I can go to the mall and deals with jerks.

Very nice place. Friendly, clean, very reasonable pricing. Great jewelry choices and fast return on repairs!! Definitely recommend!!

Cleveland Jewelry Exchange is AWESOME! I had been to all the local stores in my area and nobody could work within my budget in building me a wedding band, so I went and spoke to Larry and he made it happen! He had an existing ring which he took and did a slight alteration so it would match my Fiancees ring and she totally Loves it! They were very Kind and gracious and I cannot thank them enough! I Highly recommend these guys! 5 stars!!!!!!

First time visitors. What an amazing person! Honest, friendly, and straightforward. We couldn't have asked for more. Now i can see why his customers stay coming back for a lifetime. Thank you Larry!

My family and I have been buying all our jewelry from Larry for many years. He treats us like family, as well as anyone else walking through his door. He is very honest with customers who bring in jewelry to trade in for cash, and if he is unable to take it, he makes suggestions on how they may profit from it. Larry and Karen spend one on one time with you to assist you on picking out the piece of jewelry you have always been looking for. Larry will work with your budget, and may even lower his prices to make sure you can purchase the piece of jewelry you fall in love with. Larry's prices are much cheaper than the well known jewelry chains, and his impeccable knowledge on every piece of jewelry truly shows his passion for what he does. I highly recommend The Cleveland Jewelry Exchange to anyone who wants high quality jewelry for an honest price with a guarantee that your jewelry will last a lifetime. I could not be happier with all the jewelry that I have purchased, or had purchased for me, from Larry over the past 10+ years, especially my engagement ring and my wedding band!
