It looked outstanding from the outside! I loved how it was like a castle but I don't like how the food/drinks in the hotel bar/restaurant/room service were so expensive and not that good. The customer service at the restaurant was great! Also my room has a hole leading to the outside by the air conditioning and that allowed 2 flys to get in that I noticed so I can't imagine how many other things I didn't notice got in. Also the water, no matter if you put on cold or hot , the sink and shower had a mind of its own controlling its own temperature. And they had cans of pop for sale in a cooler up front for $2.25 ... that is insane

We were here visiting family who had stayed in the hotel but we're really impressed by the lobby area, and the updated fixtures and amenities. The built-in fireplace into the wall was especially impressive, and we were struck by how clean the entire area was as well as the very professional front desk staff, who would offered my children ice cream, even if we weren't necessarily staying that evening. Overall, you can tell that it was a place that has a very customer-centric Focus. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This Sheraton hotel has nice size room, the room has enough size for my kids to running around. Bathroom is a little bit small. Our room is two double bed. The location is not that convenience for food or shopping, but still can walk out and have find places for meals. It has outdoor and indoor pool, also a nice gym place for exercises. Great services and nice environment.

Great service (I arrived at 3am due to a 5hr plane delay) and they gave me a super late checkiut that I unfortunately wasn't able to use, but the proactive approach will have me return there. Front desk remembered me by name. Generously sized rooms, unfortunately my closet was missing a door... Weird! Other than that nice hotel. Parking can be difficult but it's not terrible.

I have stayed here many times (>100 nights.). Although it still has that 1978 panache and the castle-like exterior, the renovations to the bar, restaurant and lobby were nice and overdue. The workout facility is fantastic for a hotel... Lap pool, a whole room full of lifting machines, free weights, multiple type of cardio machines, etc. The rooms are quite decent, but it seems like there is usually some type of problem... The shower leaks, or the wall outlet is hanging out, or the closet door is off its rails, etc. You get the idea. Not to not pick, just something I notice consistently. For hotels in the price range in the Framingham area, this place is very competitive.
