Walked into this location last weekend and the only person that spoke or asked us if we needed assistance was the greeter. There were quite a few employees literally standing around and literally standing in the middle of the isles laughing and talking with each other, in the way. We could not navigate to the areas that we needed to and even said, "excuse me", to one of the workers and he barely moved out of the way and looked at us as if we were bothering him. Went to find a manager and it turns out that even HE was standing in the middle of the isle as well, over in the powerline/repeater isle also in the way having a conversation with what we could only assume was a Best Buy big wig. (he was wearing a white Best Buy shirt and was speaking about traveling back and forth on the company's dime from Seattle.) Terrible customer service, employees lacked basic networking knowledge, and there were lots of employees but nobody was there to help. Wont be buying from or entering any Best Buy ever again. Thank you to the greeter that was there 12/9. They do not deserve you.

Horrible options for us to figure out an update on our items. I had an extremely simple question but the automated phone service couldnt help me with it. BUT, you have NO option to speak to anyone when we call your store number. Even when I tried the sales dept it just rang for 20 min an I finally hung up. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out my answer. With no help from any employee. Glady cancelling my order for my TWO desktops and going to Amazon 👌 an I would highly suggest that to anyone reading it and just save your time. They may barely speak English on the phone there but at least I can talk to a human. As you can see I was a preeeetty good customer in 2016 & 2017 but I'm so sick of all the waits. Just saying.

I used to love this place. I'd marvel at all the cool tech and lose myself in the store. Now days it's lost its shine. The staff isn't very knowledgeable, seems like it's full of kids there for a summer job or to help make ends meet while they go through college. They're nice enough though but ask them a technical question and you'll get a glassed over stare. If you're going here, go cuz you know what you want. Do your homework on the internet first cuz these guys haven't.

Went to see the Geek Squad about my HP home server I bought there a few years ago. They told me to wait for the next tech. They didn't allow me to drop it off. After waiting 56 minutes I was told they DON'T WORK ON SERVERS. It sure would have been nice to know that BEFORE I waited for an hour! Best Buy, please train your people!
