Great buying experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I needed to purchase a new 48” refrigerator for a new house and had heard that Spencer’s was the place to go. I felt that I got the appliance for a resonable price considering that Sub Zero pretty much sets the bottom price for their authorized retailers. The delivery team arrived early and were courteous and professional. It was comforting to know that they were experienced in installing such a large appliance and had the right tools for the job and took great care in maneuvering the appliance into the house. The refrigerator looks great and I have had no issues.

Great service from sales to delivery. Bought a new home so naturally needed some new toys. The salesman, Alan, was helpful in picking out what worked best for my situation and saved me money in the process. Got a great deal. And when it came time for delivery, everything went smoothly. They called the day before as a reminder. Then the morning of, I got my delivery window. They even call when your delivery is ten mins away. Awesome! The delivery guys were fast and efficient. They protected my newly painted walls, ran the appliances before leaving and cleaned up any mess. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'll definitely be coming back for my next project: home theater system.

Not only was my salesman Justin courteous, he listened to my requests. He offered wonderful suggestions. The appointment was set for a week later to install, even though it was offered for a much sooner time. I can’t say enough good things about my installer Jose. He called early to give a 2 hour window. Was well within that time frame and did a wonderful job at installing my dishwasher and range hood. He even took time to test both items, and to walk me through operations of each! Spencer’s has always been good to me. And today the tradition is carried on.

Our oven stopped working 3 days before Christmas. I called Spencer's at 8am(they don't open till 9am) and Larry answered. He said they could help me out no problem and have my new stove delivered the NEXT DAY! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. The delivery guys were professional and communicated well. I'm so over the top with the whole experience. For great customer service go to Spencer's.

We have dealt with Spencers for over 5 years. We have completed our purchases of Kitchen Aide appliances. We have used Rob as our sales rep and like him a lot. No pressure, no rush, no ‘hard sell’. Delivery was very smooth, clean and efficient! The installs have all been very nicely done AND two minor services calls were handled well. The last purchase was installed by Richie & Frankie. They were very neat, efficient and knowledgeable. Our experience has been very good with all aspects of Spencers!
