The service department here is TOP NOTCH! They have always treated me respectfully and given incredible service. They are upfront and honest and not quick to tack on all of those "extras" that I feel like some other places try to do. They work fast and are always great with helping to make things easier, often offering a loaner while they do their work if it's going to take a long time. One time, Phil even helped me move both of my car seats to and from the loaner for me so I didn't have to, just to help me out. Great service, great people, 5 stars!

BUYERS BEWARE My wife and I are deeply upset with this company and the way they perform business. We purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo back in 2016. It was our first big vehicle purchase. We now have had our family grown larger and were looking to trade in this vehicle for one that would better suit our needs. We unfortunately found out today (through the dealership that we were working with)that our vehicle has been in 3 accidents that were undisclosed by the sales and management staff of this company. This company was also not up front about the warranties they offer on their vehicles. Our jeep has a small suspension issue that we did not discover until weeks after purchasing. After taking the vehicle to a local jeep dealership to be inspected, we learned that our warranty did not cover bumper to bumper like the salesman said, but would only cover the engine and chassis up to 60,000 miles OR 3 years. They did not disclose the 3 years to us, only the 60,000 Miles part. Our car at that point was 3 years old and no longer eligible for the warranty Rydell Auto Outlet stood behind when selling us the vehicle. It is a shame that a business like this would perform business in a manner of dishonesty to move their vehicles. After this experience, I would not recommend his business to anyone.

I recently had another world-class car buying experience at Rydell Auto Outlet! Jason and the rest of the sales team I worked with did a great job. I've bought multiple cars from Rydells over the years...and have had all my service done there as well. I've always received great value from their professional and friendly staff.

I have now purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The staff here is very reasonable for a frugal guy like me. Prices are very competitive. If there is an issue with the car post purchase, they are more than fair with helping to get it fixed.

Excellent customer service, troubleshooting and repair work. All for a decent price. Have been servicing my 1994 Saturn (still my main drive to St Cloud and back, and still running well) since I bought it at this location almost 25 years ago. This team keep's my wife's late model sedan running well too.
