Story

Situated in the heart of Cleveland's vibrant downtown area, Hilton Cleveland Downtown is a world-class venue for meetings and conventions. This new build hotel is directly connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland via an underground walkway, offering over 1,000,000 square feet of useable space in addition to the 50,000 square feet of function space at the hotel.

Our hotel showcases a powerhouse of culinary talent at its multiple dining destinations. Famed local chef, Zack Bruell serves as the restaurant consultant for The Burnham, our signature restaurant, alongside Executive Chef, Maxime Kien. The Burnham will satiate the largest appetite with big flavors from all across America. Guests can also enjoy Eliot's Bar, the hotel's grab-and-go marketplace--Noshery, or Bar 32 for panoramic views of Lake Erie and the cityscape.

Great downtown location, lakeside, and across from the Cleveland Browns stadium. Easy walk to the heart of the city and loads of restaurants. Attractive and expansive lobby with many areas to hang out. Executive lounge bigger than most with quality food , but the offerings are limited. Rooms attractive but not necessarily spacious if you are in a queen room.

The Hilton located in downtown Cleveland was fantastic from the lobby to the room. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Normally I find faults in a hotel room's cleanliness, however in this one specific case, everything was immaculate. The location is fantastic. Not only are you able to see First Energy Stadium, you are also very close to Lake Erie. I was attending an Indians game and I found that the distance from the hotel to Progressive field was no more than a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel with modern and updated features. Clean. Good/responsive staff. Plenty of elevators that are fairly quick. I wish prices for snacks in the lobby shop weren't marked up so high, but that's just how it is I guess. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The 1 bedroom Suite with couch was furnished in tasteful hues of gold, taupe and silver. The wall of windows focused on the water and major Cleveland attractions. Nice to watch the sun set and rise in the horizon. Two televisions one with 3D was just like being at the movies. Great for sports. Would recommend to visit.

Remember when you could just walk down the hall and get a soda out of a machine at 150% market price? Yeah. At this overpriced Hilton, I not only had to go 31 floors down to the only known place to procure a bottle of soda in the entire hotel, I had to pay $3.50 for it as well. $3.50 for a freaking 20 oz. Coke...plus tax! My wife asked me to grab her something sweet as well, but I couldn't see spending $10 on a bag of popcorn and a soda. I thought this was a hotel, not a movie theater. Oh, the $36 a day for parking is a nice touch as well. Thinking about ditching our Diamond status and switching over to the Marriott program after being nickel and dimed here. Update: After paying $36 for valet parking, they lost our car. It took them 30 minutes to find it. Keep up the good work, guys!
